Delicious BBQ delights to enhance any social gathering
BBQ Option One £20.00
A Traditional Yorkshire BBQ offering, using local meats and fresh salads. This BBQ option includes the use of our BBQ, trestle tables, clothes, crockery and wrapped cutlery and is staffed for two hours, so there is nothing you will need to provide we will even bring the ketchup. Minimum of 25 guests
Beef Burger
Quality local beef burger in a soft white bun, just let us know if you would like cheese too
Pork Sausage
Rather than a hot dog style sausage we are bringing you a delicious jumbo pork sausage. No bun with this one as you may have had enough with your burger but just let us know
Lemon Pepper Chicken
Marinated Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast straight on the BBQ and then brushed again with more marinade for that extra flavour
Vegetarian
We have plenty of vegetarian and vegan options to add to your BBQ and bring a separate char grill to ensure these items are kept well away from the meat. You may choose burgers, sausage, haloumi and veg skewers or vegetable skewers with a chilli glaze

This option provides a few more option and smaller in size to allow your guests to enjoy a little bit of everything. Its packed with flavour and a little more sophisticated than the every day BBQ offering This BBQ option includes the use of our BBQ, trestle tables, clothes, crockery and wrapped cutlery and is staffed for three hours, so there is nothing you will need to provide. Minimum of 25 guests
Chicken Skewer
Chicken breast marinated in a tandoori paste and skewered ready for the BBQ
Lamb Kofta
Spiced and seasoned lamb skewered and ready for the BBQ and then brushed with a mango chutney glaze
Mini Burger
Prime Beef Burger but mini in size. Served in a mini brioche bun with American mustard, gherkins and cheese.
Fish Cake
A delicate fish cake with chilli sauce and spring onion garnish

This one is a real treat and involves some big joints of meat. A great way to celebrate a big occasion. This BBQ option includes the use of our BBQ, trestle tables, clothes, crockery and wrapped cutlery and is staffed for three hours, so there is nothing you will need to provide. Minimum of 40 guests
Roast Beef
A joint of beef with a mustard glaze cooked on the BBQ and then carved for your guests straight onto their plates. Delicious
Leg of Lamb
A whole leg of lamb cooked on the BBQ and carved for your guests straight onto their plate. There will of course be mint sauce!
Chicken Breast
Large and succulent chicken breast marinated to your liking cooked on the BBQ
New Potatoes
Baby new potatoes par boiled and then wrapped in smoky bacon and finished on the BBQ before adding a sweet and sticky maple syrup glaze
